These terms govern your use of Imple AI, operated by Betahub AI LLC ("BetaHub", "we", "our", or "us"), 15600 NE 8th Street, Suite B1 #484, Bellevue, Washington, United States of America. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Imple AI is a set of AI-assisted tools for generating and managing project documentation, test cases, diagrams, training material, and related content. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a material change that reduces core functionality, we will give account holders reasonable notice.
You keep ownership of everything you upload to Imple AI and everything the service generates for you. We claim no ownership over it.
You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, and transmit your content in order to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models — see our Privacy Policy for the detail. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
Imple AI uses large language models. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and identical prompts may produce different results. Output is a starting point, not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for review by a qualified person. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before you rely on it or put it into production. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.
You agree not to:
Some features consume credits or require a paid plan. Applicable fees, credit allowances, and billing terms are those presented to you at the time of purchase. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice before changing pricing that affects your plan.
Where you connect an external system such as Azure DevOps or GitHub, your use of that system remains governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or what they do with data you direct us to send them.
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Maintenance, updates, and outages happen. Unless we have agreed a separate service level agreement with you in writing, no uptime commitment applies.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, or if required by law. On termination, you can request an export of your content, and you can ask us to delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, and the courts of King County, Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
