This policy explains what data Imple AI collects, how we use it, where it is stored, and the rights you have over it. Imple AI is operated by Betahub AI LLC ("BetaHub", "we", "our", or "us"), 15600 NE 8th Street, Suite B1 #484, Bellevue, Washington, United States of America. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, Betahub AI LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through Imple AI.
This is the commitment customers ask us about most, so we will be direct about it. We do not use your content to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, and we do not permit our providers to do so either.
Imple AI runs on models hosted in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, inside our own Azure tenant. Your prompts and the content we send to those models are never made available to OpenAI or to any other model provider, and are not used to improve their models or services. The models are stateless: your prompts and the generated responses are not retained inside the model. Microsoft documents these commitments publicly at Data, privacy, and security for Foundry Models.
We also do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
We collect only what we need to operate the service:
Our legal bases under GDPR are the performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interests (security, fault diagnosis, service integrity), and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Customer data is stored and processed in Microsoft Azure data centres in the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Because Betahub AI LLC is established in the United States, our personnel may access data from the United States where necessary to support and operate the service; such transfers are made under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We rely on a small number of providers to deliver the service. Each is bound by a data processing agreement:
Azure AI Foundry includes an abuse monitoring system that may flag content suggesting misuse of the service. Where content is flagged, a sample may be retained by Microsoft for review. For resources deployed in the European Economic Area, any human reviewers are Microsoft personnel located in the European Economic Area. This data is logically separated per customer and is not used to train any model. Microsoft describes this process in full in the documentation linked above.
You can delete your projects, documents, and chat history from within the application at any time.
If you want your account and all associated data permanently erased, email us at info@betahub.ai and we will action it within 30 days. We retain data for as long as your account is active. After account closure or a deletion request, we remove your content from our production systems and it is purged from routine backups within 90 days. We may retain a minimal record where we are legally required to.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is scoped to your organization, and internal access to production data is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.
Imple AI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
