ImpleAI Capture (the "Extension") is a browser extension provided by Betahub AI LLC ("BetaHub", "we", "our", or "us"), 15600 NE 8th Street, Suite B1 #484, Bellevue, Washington, United States of America. The Extension allows authorized users of Imple AI to record test cases in their organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment and to save those test cases to an Imple AI project.
This policy explains what information the Extension handles, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. It supplements the Imple AI Privacy Policy, which governs all information once it is stored in Imple AI.
We do not use this information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
While you record, the recording is held only in your browser's memory. It is not sent anywhere until you choose to save it, and it is discarded if you close your browser before saving. When you save a recording, the recorded steps are sent over an encrypted connection to Imple AI, and only to Imple AI. Before sending, the Extension removes technical page information that is not needed to replay the steps.
A saved recording becomes part of your Imple AI project and is stored and protected in the same manner, and in the same locations, as your other Imple AI content, as described in the Imple AI Privacy Policy. It is retained until you or your organization delete it, or until your account is closed. The temporary access key held by the Extension expires automatically after twelve hours and is kept only in your browser's memory.
A saved recording is visible to the members of your organization who have access to the relevant Imple AI project. We do not sell, rent, or share information handled by the Extension with third parties, other than the service providers that host and operate Imple AI as described in the Imple AI Privacy Policy, or where we are required to do so by law.
Your rights in respect of personal data held in Imple AI, including the rights to access, correct, and erase it, are described in the Imple AI Privacy Policy.
The Extension requests only the browser permissions it needs: to hold a recording in progress in your browser's memory, to display the recorded steps in a side panel, to communicate with Imple AI, and, when you start a recording, to access your organization's Dynamics 365 environment. Your browser asks you to approve access to each environment before anything is recorded there.
Information is transmitted only over encrypted connections. The Extension's access key is kept only in your browser's memory and is used solely to identify you to Imple AI and to save your recordings. Further security measures are described in the Imple AI Privacy Policy.
The use of information received from ImpleAI Capture will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We also adhere to the developer policies of the Microsoft Edge Add-ons website.
ImpleAI Capture is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify Imple AI account holders by email before the changes take effect.
